Despite the impressive power of the Miele S4212 Polaris's high-output motor, this vacuum cleaner is remarkably quiet. Miele's thoughtfully designed motor suspension and unique motor seal mean you'll be able to hear the phone ringing and the radio playing. Sealed System construction features Miele's Super Air Clean filter that retains 99.95% of particles down to 0.5 of a micron and 94% of particles down to 0.3 of a micron. The filter lasts as long as five dustbags. The 3.7-quart capacity Intensive Clean Plus dustbag provides 15% improved filtration and 20% longer suction performance. Impact foil prevents sharp-edged objects, such as pine needles, glass and sand, from penetrating the bag. Automatic dustbag closure ensures hygienic removal and disposal. The SBB 300-3 Parquet Brush is ideal for all smooth flooring and very low pile carpeting. It allows you to go from smooth floors to carpeted surfaces with a quick click of a rocker switch. The metal glide sole is gentle to even the most sensitive flooring. The Miele S4212 Polaris vacuum cleaner also includes a natural bristle dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and a crevice tool.
