Returns and Warranties

Returns
Any product may be returned and must be received within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in saleable condition with all of the original packing materials and instruction manuals. Please call 888 724-9612 for an Return Authorization Number and instructions. Product returned without a Return Authorization are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In the event the customer decides to cancel an order recently placed, they must do so by calling 1-888-724-9612 and receive an Order Cancellation Number. Sending email notification is insufficient. Without a OCN, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by Vacuum Cleaner Center.

Warranties
Vacuum Cleaner Center is an authorized service center for all products available online. Before shipping an item to us for repair, please notify us, first so we can discuss with you the problems you are experiencing. If it is determined the product needs to be returned to us, we will compensate the customer for any shipping charges. If you would rather bring your item to a local authorized service center, you may also call us at 1-888-724-9612 and we will give you the name and location of the closest authorized service center in your area.
